First thing, each morning, Leila and I touch base to discuss any dreams, messages, knowings, or visions from the previous night. Most of our discussion involves me listening to Leila relay her experiences, learning what she thinks it means, and then giving any additional insight I might have. When we first started sharing, she would relay every dream she had that night and in detail. Now we touch base on only the ones that stand out.

Most of us are not as lucky to dream and recall every dream in detail. My contributions seemed small and vague in comparison to hers, but I have come to understand over time, they are just as powerful and important.
My experiences are different. I dream but typically remember only one, sometimes two dreams. I have had explicit dreams, but they are a rarity rather than the common occurrence. Most of my dreams are vague and involve geometric shapes and colors. Usually I am sorting, moving, or looking at patterns throughout the night. I may not know how what I am doing in the dream translates in the physical, but when I wake and immediately reflect on it, the knowing will usually come.
I have learned that one of my strengths comes in seeing/feeling the greater perspective beyond self and humanity. I am a concept person, and I think this is probably one of the reasons that I dream in geometric shapes a lot.
The insight that I give Leila, usually is more about the bigger picture than smaller details. My guess is that I am dreaming and working out with the bigger picture when I am working with the energy of colors and shapes.
Dreaming is a skill that evolves over time. You develop your own language and symbolism within the dreams.
It makes sense that it will be unique for each person because each person is unique in their experiences, beliefs, thoughts, skill-set, and intentions.
Just as a side, I wanted to share with you that recalling every dream that you have during the night is not something that I would aspire to. I had the opportunity once to sit in for Leila during a night. I don’t recall the details of why I took her placeastrally. We did it consciously. What I do recall is being in a state of consciousness all night long and recalling all the dreams that I experienced. I never got any mental rest even though my body got physical rest. Being aware all night long and knowing all your dreams is not all that it’s cracked up to be. So be careful what you wish for!
Keep dreaming and have a great day!
I usually have a couple a night and enjoy waking up and recalling them. There have been very few times where I've dreamt all night but I have to agree with you. Upon waking, my physical body felt rested but I never had that mental break. I felt like I had ran a mental marathon all night and was exhausted in the morning. It felt like I never slept. I commend Leila for being able to function during the day after a night like that. Phew!
