In-Depth Chakra Class for Healing Your Body, Mind, Heart, and Spirit

In this series of classes we will discuss the seven main chakras of the subtle energy system of the human body! Dis-ease begins in your subtle energy system. With healing attention to your subtle energy system, one can ease the dis-ease energetically before it manifests physically. We will take an in-depth look at the function and purpose, along with the breakdown of individual aspects of each chakra and how these impact you physically. This information will assist each participant to identify areas that need healing attention. Each class will contain exercises and meditations to encourage each participant’s self-healing work both inside and outside of the virtual classroom. These classes are accumulative but attendance to every single class is not necessary. 

• Each class runs 1.5 hours long with an optional half hour community discussion after. 
• Times are EST. 
• Two classes will be dedicated to each chakra.
